We will begin our Funchal Capital town tour visiting Santa Catarina’s Park to enjoy the views of the beautiful amphitheatre of Funchal and then walk to São Francisco’s Garden to see impressive trees and lovely flowers. We will continue to the Cathedral, the seat of the largest diocese in the world in the 15th century, to admire the remarkable altarpiece and the ceiling in the Moorish style.
