- Optional short walk on the East Tour to Balcões (1.5 km): This is not included to allow guests to decide whether they wish to participate, considering personal preferences and weather conditions. Tickets can be purchased directly on-site.
- Pick-up and drop-off outside Funchal and Caniço: This service is not included by default. If needed, mention it during booking to receive a tailored proposal based on availability. Alternatively, meet us at the designated meeting point at the Funchal Cable Car stop. The exact time and location will be sent via email.

A staff member will pick you up at the indicated place and confirm your voucher identification. You can present either a paper or an electronic ticket for this activity. The tour will begin as soon as we finish collecting tour members.
