Taste 2 varieties of local organic subtropical fruit, varying throughout the year: banana, passion fruit, mango, papaya, avocado, pitanga (Brazilian cherry), and some occasional curiosities such as guava (araçá), fig, prickly pear, or passion fruit-melon.

The tour combines driving, a ride on a cable car, a guided visit to the property and sitting down to try lovely fruits or lunch.

There isn’t too much walking involved. The pace is leisurely, but the flat path is sometimes uneven.

Fajã dos Padres, including the access to the restaurant, is accessible to people with mobility difficulties. However, the walking programs require a lot of mobility.

The temperature varies between 13ºC in winter and 30ºC in summer and usually is mild and pleasant.
