Don’t miss the chance to witness one of the most charming events of the Madeira Flower Festival — the Madeira Classic Car Parade, held annually on the second Sunday of May. Between 150 and 200 classic vehicles parade along Avenida do Mar, each decorated with a bouquet, bringing a nostalgic atmosphere to the streets of Funchal. Some vehicles also take part in the Madeira Classic Car Rally, offering a unique opportunity to admire rare models in motion.

As the cars pass by, the route comes to life with music, performers in flower-themed costumes, and the cheers of an appreciative crowd. After the moving display, all vehicles are showcased in a static exhibition along Avenida Francisco Sá Carneiro, allowing you to enjoy them at your own pace until approximately 18h30.
