• Rental Car & Parking:
  Car rental is available on request. Street parking is paid Monday-Friday (08:00-20:00) and Saturday (08:00-14:00). Free parking is available at night, Saturday afternoons, Sundays, and holidays. There’s also a public lot (5 minutes uphill) and covered parking across the street for approximately €8 per day.
• Public Transport:
  Machico’s bus terminal offers regular connections across the island, including direct routes to Funchal and the airport. It’s an economical option, but may take longer.
• Taxis & Ride-Hailing:
  Taxis are readily available in Machico’s centre, and Bolt ride-hailing is an option, though availability may be limited.
