Overview

This experience is designed for those who enjoy nature, gardens, and the traditions of the Madeira Flower Festival. It combines a visit to Monte Palace Tropical Garden with a reserved seat for the festival parade.

The visit to Monte Palace Tropical Garden can be scheduled on a different day of the same week, allowing greater flexibility and a more relaxed experience. The garden is home to a variety of plant species from around the world and features a tile collection, a Japanese-style garden, ponds with koi fish, and native Laurisilva plants. A tasting of Portuguese fortified wine is included during the visit.

On the third Sunday in May, attend the Madeira Flower Festival Parade with a reserved grandstand seat on Avenida do Mar. This is one of the most anticipated events of the year, featuring floral floats, themed costumes, and dance performances.

At the end of the event, return transport is provided to hotels in Funchal and other locations on request, avoiding the long queues for taxis and buses.
